Dilution Chart

- 0.25% - 1–2 drops - Babies (3–24 months)
- 0.5% - 3–4 drops - Toddlers (2–6 years), facial use, sensitive skin
- 1% - 6 drops - Children (6–15 years), pregnant women, daily facial use
- 2% - 12 drops - General adult use, body oils, lotions
- 3% - 18 drops - Acute conditions, short-term use
- 5% - 30 drops - Muscle pain, injury, short-term therapeutic blends
- 10% - 60 drops - perfume blends (not for full-body use)
