This month, Rooted For Good is honored to partner with Joy Nepal Fabrics.Â
Joy Nepal Fabrics currently employs six women (and one man) who are fully engaged in creating gifts, crafts, and clothing items which are currently sold in Kathmandu, Nepal.
All of the workers are committed to excellence, personal growth and development, and a spirit of joy and community.Â
10% of our sales this month and any gifts you make during checkout will go directly to providing free weekly English classes taught by a master's level instructor to the six women at Joy Nepal Fabrics. Nepal is one of the poorest countries in Asia with tremendous daily burdens placed upon women in the areas of human dignity, education opportunities, and employment opportunities.Â
Rooted For Good and Joy Nepal Fabrics are excited to be able to offer these wonderful ladies the gift of learning the English language which will open up many doors for personal advancement, education, and most of all self worth and dignity. Thank you!Â
When our team here at Rooted, gets the opportunity to help someone across the globe we get excited knowing that our products are not only good for you (our customers) but also good for others. When you run out of face wash this month and purchase a new one, you are giving a woman in Nepal the chance to grow in confidence and self worth!
