Refunds & Exchanges
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re unable to accommodate requests beyond this timeframe, including for items damaged during shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Damaged Package
While all sales are final, we do understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to assist you with a refund or exchange.
If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We may request a photo of the damage to help us assess the situation & process your refund quickly. Skin Sensitivity & Reactions
Your safety & satisfaction are incredibly important to us. While our products are made with natural, high-quality ingredients, everyone’s skin is unique and may react differently. If you experience a skin reaction, please discontinue use immediately & contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’re happy to offer a one-time store credit for the product that caused a reaction. To help us better understand the issue, we may ask for photos & details about your experience.
Item Missing
Oh no! If something is missing from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@rootedforgood.com within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the missing item—we’ll take care of the rest.
USPS Shipping Delays
As of April 2025, USPS deliveries may be delayed due to adjusted service standards, inconsistent transit times, and regional weather disruptions. While most mail still arrives within 1–5 days, some packages—especially express shipments—may take longer.
Please note: refunds will not be issued for delayed packages.

Please allow up to 21 business days for processing. We’ll notify you by email once your return is complete.

- If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat $10 will be deducted from your refund.
- This guarantee excludes our Spring & Fall boxes, promotional sale boxes, & bundle sales.
